Located in historic Cedarburg Wisconsin, just north of Milwaukee, and just south of the "Packers" hometown of Green Bay, our high energy, dedicated team of professionals has over 50 cumulative years experience in the Lighting, Mining, Heavy Equipment, Defense, and Automotive Industries.

We are not a resume factory. "Most recruiters only qualify to skills, that's not our goal. We qualify candidates based on skills, chemistry and motivation."

We focus on building long term relationships with our clients and candidates. All of our searches are thorough and confidential. We have two driving goals:
