As owner of our office, Larry has over 30 years of Human Resource experience in a diverse group of companies. His unique background includes a progression of positions with the last nine years as VP of Human Resources and IT for a global company. All of the positions he held included recruiting in their responsibilities giving him over thirty years of internal recruiting in Lighting, Mining, Heavy Equipment, Defense, and the Automotive Industries.

Larry couples the management skills he developed during his career and his in-depth knowledge of the industries he worked in with MRI's proven 24 step recruitment process. This unique set of skills and knowledge blended with his passion for excellence and compassion for people are the corner stone on which our office is built.

Margaret's 10 plus years as an Investigator for social service organizations and her 10 plus years of internet researching experience brings a wealth of knowledge to our office. With over 10 years of professional experience, a B.S.
